When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.

Age restrictions:

Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. The name and telephone number of the person giving consent shall be entered in the message box at the checkout.


Credit/Debit cards:

We accept payment via both debit and credit cards. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.


PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account, credit card or PayPal account. More information about PayPal is available here.


Brydon Brothers retains the right to change prices at any time.

Local taxes:

Please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.


Right of return:

Purchases can be returned for a refund within 21 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s). Outgoing and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located.

Please remember to write RETURN AND REPAIRS on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter.

State your order number and which belt you would like in exchange and we will post it out to you.

Warranty claims:

All Brydon Brothers products come with a 2 year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture as we are very confident in the quality of our belts.

If you believe you have a warranty claim, before sending us the belt back please contact our customer service by email including your order number, any images of the belt and possible defect as well as details about the issue and we will aim to reply within 48 hours.

The warranty does not include:

* Lost or stolen items, normal wear and tear, improper care or cleaning, nonstandard usage or negligence, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect or the natural breakdown of materials over time.

* “Cosmetic damages” which are defined as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, colour changes, normal wear and tear, or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling which do not impair the functionality of the product as intended.

* Stretching and bending of the leather as it is a normal consequence of this natural material.

* Discolouring and scratching of any metals.

If your warranty claim was approved, we will reimburse all shipping costs for sending the belt back to us for checking/repairing or a replacement all together, as well as shipping the belt back to you. We will also send you a tracking number.


Brydon Brothers handles your personal information in the strictest confidence. None of the information you provide to us is shared with any external businesses for marketing purposes.

Information is only shared with our data management companies (Mailchimp and Shopify) so that orders can be fulfilled and data stored for people who have opted in for Brydon Brothers marketing material.

We will hold onto your information for Brydon Brothers marketing purposes only and all information entered is encrypted. If you no longer wish to receive any marketing from us you can:

- Unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking ‘unsubscribe from this list’ at the bottom of our emails.

- Email us at and we will personally delete all your information from our data management systems.

Once you’ve requested to be removed from our marketing list we will delete all your personal information from our systems.
